The goal of Tribhuvan University’s BBS program at the FOM is to turn students into competent managers in any field. The program is based on the idea that graduates will spend a good portion of their lives in an ever-changing environment. As a result, the student should be able to gain a broad understanding of the concepts and abilities that underpin the functioning and administration of organizations. More than 680 colleges in Nepal offer a BBS program.

Students should be able to work as a manager in business, industry, or government upon graduation. The graduate should also have a choice of work options in many business areas, including entrepreneurship. They should also be able to create much-needed jobs for others.
