Pasang Lhamu Sherpa Memorial College can be found in Samakhushi, Kathmandu. It offers a worldwide range of education programs for College students from Plus2 to Bachelor programs. The objectives of Pasang Lhamu Sherpa College are to provide quality education at an affordable cost for students set by National Examination Board, Tribhuvan University. Students are provided research-oriented workshops, and seminars to promote long and short-term skills-oriented programs. The memorial of Mount Climber Pasang Lhamu provides scholarships for HSEB and Tribhuvan University exams for boys and girls with Pasang Lhamu Gold medals, scholarships for children of Everest summiteers, underprivileged community, and disabled children. Other scholarships are Hari Karmacharya Scholarship. It has also conducted social welfare activities such as blood donations and awareness programs.
The academic programs of this College are the Bachelor of Business Studies, Bachelor of Arts or Social Work, and Bachelor of Education programs of Tribhuvan University. It also has Plus 2 programs of National Examination Board in Science, Management, Humanities, and Education at an intermediate level.
