Makawanpur Multiple Campus is located in Nagarpalika Road, Hetauda. It was established in 2037 B.S. by the people’s committee in the Makawanpur district. It has six buildings, two-storied library buildings, a canteen, conference and seminar halls, computer labs, and multimedia classrooms for teaching the academic program at different levels to their students. Its objectives are enrolling high-quality students, a research-oriented teaching-learning environment, modern technology and infrastructures, and responsibilities to its stakeholders also. The academic programs run by Makawanpur Multiple Campus are Plus 2 in Humanities, Science, and Management and Education streams. Bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Social Sciences, Bachelor of Business Studies, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Management, Bachelor of Science, and Bachelor of Education one year and four years programs of Tribhuvan University. At Masters’s Level, it runs the Master in Sociology, Master of Business Studies, and Master in Education programs of T.U.
Makawanpur has teaching Faculty subject-wise of Bachelor and Master programs with Plus2, Non-teaching staff such as administrators, assistants, Office helper, Electrician, Free Student’s union led by Mr. Kumar K.C. as President of this Union. The Campus has also conducted events such as the “igniting of an entrepreneurial thinking in youth’s mindset” program in the past. It has given training on “Use of ICT and Digital Material development” for its Campus Faculties.
The Campus Chief of Makawanpur Multiple Campus is Mr. Shankar Prasad Upadhyay. The Chairperson is Mr. Ananta Poudel. Makawanpur Multiple Campus has produced Campus topper of BBS program of 2016 Batch and Nepal topper in BBM program and semester topper in BBA program as well.
