Mid-Western University at Birendranagar is an autonomous public institution that provides higher education access to mid-western communities of Nepal. It was established under the Parliament Act of June 17, 2010, of the Government of Nepal. The academic programs of this University are categorized under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Management, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science and Technology, and Faculty of Engineering. The Constituent Campuses of Mid-Western University are Central Campuses of Humanities and Social Science, Education, Management, Science and Technology, Engineering, Law, Bageshwari Multiple Campus, Babai Multiple Campus, Narayan Multiple Campus, Tila Karnali Multiple Campus, Rara Multiple Campus, Musikot Khalanga Multiple Campus, Bheri Gyanodaya Multiple Campus, Jaljala Multiple Campus, Bheri Multiple Campus, Vidhyapur Janata Multiple Campus. The Affiliated College is Global College International. Every Faculty has its Deans for regulations. Mid-Western University runs 50 academic programs at Graduate and Post Graduate levels altogether. This University has been approved by The University Grants Commission of Nepal.
