Biratnagar City College is located at Tinpaini, Biratnagar. It offers Bachelor of Business Studies and Bachelor of Education programs of Tribhuvan University Plus 2 programs in Management, Humanities, and Education. The College is located in a spacious infrastructure with classrooms, computer labs, seminar hall, a Hostel, science labs, counseling, Sports, transportation, cafeteria facilities on campus, and scholarships to the exam toppers of this College. 

Biratnagar City College was incepted in 1997. Its teaching methods are not only inside classrooms but enhance the learning with project-based learning which inculcates tours, field visits, workshops, presentations, and case studies to deepen the learning of the subjects of the academic programs.

This College is a Private College in the Biratnagar Metropolitan City. The Bachelor of Business Studies program is a Bachelor level program for four years that provides knowledge of business and underlying principles of Management to develop entrepreneurial, managerial, and financial capabilities which are required to become competent business Managers. In Nepal, this degree is recognized and validated for public sector jobs in different Public Organizations handling day-to-day business along with managerial roles and responsibilities.
