Basu Higher Secondary School and College are in Kalighat, Byasi Bhaktapur. It is a leading College in Bhaktapur which was established in 2019 focusing on primary education. In 2061, this College added Plus2 programs to the higher secondary education board in the areas of Science, Management, and Humanities. Then it added the Bachelor of Business Studies program with a capacity of 70 students. The College Chairman is Mr. Laxman Joshi. Basu Higher Secondary College is affiliated with the Tribhuvan University of Nepal. It is approved and recognized by the Ministry of Education and University Grants Commissions.
